AIRBORNE SYSTEM

The Airborne Air & Surface Purification System is added to the existing environmental control system (ECS) and works whenever the system is on during all ground and flight operations.   

  • Requires no scheduled maintenance or upkeep  
  • Nothing to maintain, repair or replace since no consumables are required for continuous operation  
  • Produces NO harmful ozone, or other emissions  
  • Will not damage or effect aircraft avionics or instrumentation  
  • Will not damage fabrics, leathers, plastics, finishes, aircraft wiring or carpeting 
  • Safe for the entire aircraft interior and aircraft structure
  • Safe for all people and animals  
  • Safe for all food  
  • Has no moving parts to wear out  
  • 100% Solid State Electronics  
  • Weighs only 1.34 lbs  (608 grams) per component  
  • 7.02” x 3.27” x 5.36” (w/Probes extended)  
  • 28VDC (draws 150mA)  
  • The MTBF is calculated at 87,560 hours or exceeds the expected life cycle of the aircraft.

ACA HOLDS PARTS MANUFACTURER APPROVAL (PMA) for THE SYSTEM.

This is a combined design and production approval for modification and replacement articles. It allows a manufacturer to produce and sell these articles for installation on type-certificated products. ACA is an Approved Supplier to several OEM aircraft manufacturers.
